This year, we plan to hold a hybrid convention - both in-person and virtual. That means if you're comfortable gathering, we'll see you at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, but if you're unable to travel, we'll have an option for you to join us from your home!
We invite cattlemen, cattlewomen, and cattle industry allies from across the state to gather for fellowship, education, and a great time.
Health and Safety
The health and safety of our members and participants are first priority. We will follow current guidelines set forth by the State and Counties. We are applying for an exemption to allow for more than 25 people to gather indoors, and will require masks and social distancing, per guidelines.
As these are subject to change, we will continue to watch the COVID-19 developments closely and provide updates to registered participants. Refunds will be available until October 15, 2021.
Due to restrictions on gathering, in-person registration will be limited to 50 guests. Priority will be given to current HCC members. We will adjust accordingly as restrictions lift. Please plan to register early and plan ahead for car rentals. You will receive a confirmation when your registration is confirmed, along with an invoice. We thank you in advance for your patience as we test out this new process.
