Our Convention & Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of cattle producers and livestock industry stakeholders in Hawaii with growing attendance each year. While Hawaii is small on the map, we are an integral part of the US Beef Industry, and home to ranches that feature in America's top cow-calf operations, are at the forefront of conservation practices, and new ranches looking for the best way to run their operations. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your services and products - and in the beautiful setting of Waikoloa, Hawaii!
Each year, we are honored to be able to bring the industry together for this educational networking event, but it is a team effort. Your sponsorship of the HCC Convention & Annual Meeting allows us to offset costs and provide a first class experience that attendees look forward to. We are always striving to make the event more accessible so we can reach more people, and your support is key in achieving this. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on convention materials and during the Cattlemen’s College presentations throughout the day.
There are three sponsorship opportunities available, but we are happy to work with you have other ideas for partnership.
Exhibitor Booth
The exhibitor booths will be open in the ballroom throughout the Friday events for participants to move through. Exhibitor booths will include one 6-foot table to share your company’s message, as well as two Cattlemen’s College registrations (including lunch) on Friday.
Exhibitors will have access to setup their space on Thursday at 2:00 pm. Booths will be broken down on Friday evening.
