Uncle George came from humble beginnings out of Kaupo Ranch on Maui and later worked side by side with his father on the old Hawaiian Pine ranch on O`ahu in the early days, moving cattle from Hauula to Kawailoa to Kunia via horseback and mules to meet up with the railroads to haul the cattle to market. He has worked with other Paniolo and helped on ranches like Mokuleia Homestead Ranch and Kahua Ranch and most recently as manager for North Shore Cattle Company. He spent 37 years with Meadow Gold Dairies on Kawailoa Farm and now has come home to be ranch manager at Kawailoa. Uncle George always patience working with animals and that same patience and attitude toward the human race. He always displays humbleness and love for his work.
